Worship Service

  

The Mirthful Messengers have been invited by several churches to provide traditional and contemporary worship services.  Pastors Jim Ahlquist and Kristen Venne were their mentors for the first such services provided at Messiah Lutheran Church in North Mankato, MN.  Mary and Edna’s services have been well received by congregations of different denominations.

The purpose of the service is to focus on the God-given gift of laughter and to let the Biblical references to laughter speak to us.  The many dimensions of laughter when used positively in our daily lives can make a difference in our health and wellness; relationships with people at home, work, and play; as well as to enrich our spiritual connections.
